Paediatric Vaccine Survey

You are invited to collaborate on the COVID-19 Global Rheumatology Alliance (GRA) Pediatric Vaccine Survey led by Dr. Jonathan Hausmann and Dr. Emily Sirotich. The survey aims to answer the following research questions:

1. What are the factors that influence caregivers’ decision to provide a COVID-19 vaccine to their child with pediatric rheumatic disease? 
2. What are the descriptive experiences of children with rheumatic disease who received the vaccine, including short and long-term side effects? 
3. What is the prevalence of survey respondents who report post-acute sequelae (PASC) of COVID-19 infection among children with pediatric rheumatic disease?  
4. What does PASC look like, how long does it last?
